Mister Cool Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia, is the group's arm in Asia and Australia.

Midas Equities Ltd is the group's specialised corporate finance company. It is registered in the United Kingdom and is based in the City of London. It has some very prestigious clients and has performed a number of substantial niche corporate finance deals including exchange listings in the London and Frankfurt markets, mergers, acquisitions and reverse takeovers. Its highly experienced team of professionals focuses in energy, financial services, gaming, construction and maritime sectors.
CyDevelopment Ltd is an established information technology, web-development and hosting company based in London, U.K.
